Yes, exchange and refund options are available within terms and conditions. Do you offer products repair?
All jewelry products purchased from Atasay have a lifetime warranty. So, yes we offer free repair. To get your product repaired, please visit any Atasay store to place your product for repair . The repair process takes 4 to 7 days. Visit Locate a store page to find a story near you.
I purchased the wrong product size. Can I have it resized?

Where can I use my Atasay Gift Card?
You can use your Atasay Gift Card online only.
How can I use my Atasay Gift Card online?
Once on the checkout page, choose the Gift Card payment method and enter your Gift Card details. The amout of your total purchase plus tax and delivery fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card. If the value of the order exceeds the available value in the Gift Card, you will be asked to use a credit card to cover the difference.
